
This ‘Annie’ will charm your socks off
When it comes to high school theatre in the South Sound, few compare to the excellence of the drama department at Fife High School. It starts with drama instructors Dave and Teresa Hockman, who for many years have been showing their young charges the ropes of staging live theatre. Then there are the actors themselves – a dedicated “theatre family” made up entirely of students from Fife High and Columbia Junior High. Company makes flexible, durable concrete elements
Northwest Pre-cast has been in the business of creating and installing architectural pre-cast elements since 1990. Typically, cement that is used for sidewalks and housing foundations can sustain 2,500 to 3,500 pounds per square inch (psi). Architectural pre-cast is much stronger – a minimum of 5,000 psi. Much of the pre-cast pieces manufactured by Northwest Pre-cast are in the 8,000-psi range. Architectural pre-cast is a particular type of concrete that comes in 25 different colors, a variety of finishes including polished and etched, and a variety of gradations. Read more...
